Joe Camilleri
Joe Camilleri was formerly Executive General Manager, Operations Command Centre at NBN Co.
In his role, Joe managed residential connections and assurance orders for all technology types across the country, as well as leading all operations for business nbn™, working out of the Business Operations Centre in Melbourne.
Prior to this, he led the Network Operations and Assurance function at nbn, coming across from Telstra where he had a long career spanning a number of roles, including General Manager Incident Operations, which saw him managing teams within the Global Operations Centre.
Joe’s final role at Telstra was as Client Delivery Executive, where he managed a national team of service execs responsible for the ongoing relationship management, operational delivery and revenue growth of major enterprise accounts for small to medium business across the mining, retail, transport and government sectors.
Joe is passionate about supporting Australian communities and collaborating with industry to prioritise the end to end customer experience, recognising the unique and varied needs of both residential and business customers, including those in rural and remote Australia.
