Update on nbn® community events

Each year, our nbn brand ambassadors attend hundreds of events, which allows them to connect with members of the community. These events help to ensure all Australians have the opportunity to learn more about making the most of their nbn experience.

To ensure you can still get your questions answered you can now book a one-on-one session with an nbn representative via video link or phone.

Book in a time to get help with:

  • When the nbn network is available for your home or business
  • Process of getting the nbn network installed in your home or business
  • How the nbn network is delivered in your area
  • The role of nbn and phone/internet providers in your area
  • Tips for optimising the nbn experience in your home

To book in a 15-minute session simply send an email to nbnsessions@nbn.com.au with your first name, preferred business day/time and a quick summary of how we can help.

Looking to book an online presentation for your community group?

If you would like to book an nbn ‘101’ presentation for your community group or organisation we have nbn representatives available. These sessions are ideal for groups seeking education on:

  • nbn rollout including technology and how to get connected
  • Tips for avoiding scams and reporting potential scams
  • Advice for optimising the nbn experience in your home or business
  • The role of nbn and phone/internet providers in your area
  • Information about nbn announcements or programs

To request an online presentation simply send an email with your details and some information about your group to nbnsessions@nbn.com.au

Please note most emails will be responded to within two business days.
